Follow the Easy 3 Step Entry Process: 1. Enter Online – Click here to create an account (choose "AAF - Tampa Bay" as your club) and log in. Click on add entry. Fill out all the fields that apply to you.
Click here for Entry Submission, Rules & Guidelines, and 2010 Categories and download the pdf "ADDY Rules and Guidelines" 2. Prepare your physical entries – Print out two physical copies of your entry. Adhere the ID tag to the back of each print out (tags print out on the bottom of your entry form upon online submission). Burn a disc with pdfs of all your entries (file names should be ID number provided during online submission). Put each entry into an envelope (two printouts per envelope) along with the entry form. 3. Drop–off prepared entries –Bring your physical entries (envelopes and the disc with your pdfs), a print out of your "manifest," and your payment. The student price is only $20 per entry. NOTE: ONLINE ENTRY AND ENTRY DROP–OFF ARE BOTH REQUIRED. Also a all printed and/or tangible entries must by accompanied by a CD–ROM containing a PDF or photo of that submission. PDF resolution: 72dpi. If you are submitting more than one entry, please put all PDFs on the same disc.
Tips: • Entering work into ALL valid categories increases your chances of winning. • Each entry is judged individually on its own merit, not against the other entries.
